China Haisum held a communication conference for the yearly financial audit report 2007 in March 4th, 2008.

     The conference was held by the board secretary Xue xiaofeng. Vice chairman of the board Zhang Jingzhi (member of audit committee), vice chairman of the board & president Yan Xiaojian, independent director Wang Kangwu, Li Xiaochun, Chen Yamin (director of audit committee), Cao Donglin (member of audit committee), CFO  Hu Xiaopin, the relevant persons in charge from audit dept. and board office as well as Zhongrui Yuehua accounting firm officials attended the meeting.

       Independent directors and audit committee were satisfied at the progress company has made in 2007 as well as the audit work situation, and confirmed the delivery date of formal financial report presented by Zhongrui Yuehua accounting firm.
