China Haisum held its general meeting of shareholders in Apr.8th, 2009. Haisum’s vice board chairman, president Mr. Yan Xiaojiang hosted the meeting delegated by board chairman Mr. Chen Esheng. A part of board members, supervisors and senior managers attended the meeting. Lawyers of Grandall legal group witnessed the whole meeting. Over 10 shareholders and their agents attended the meeting, with 65.073,277 stocks of vote right, which is 57.08% out of all the stocks of vote right.
The meeting approved 13 proposals such as Working Statement of Board Meeting 2008, elected the members of 3rd board meeting and board of supervisors. President Yan also ansewered some questions from shareholders.
