The First Establishment of Specification of Bio-liquid Fuel Plant Design Code Conference was held in Shanghai successfully. Altogether 33 specialists from Xi`an and Guangzhou subsidiary companies, Jilin fuel alcohol company ltd, CNOOC new energy investment company ltd, alcohol branch of China brewing industry association, Wuhan scientific research and design institute of National food reserve bureau, Sichuan province public security fire prevention unit and the headquarter of China Haisum participated in this conference during the period of Mar.24~26th, 2010.
The preparation of work plan was discussed with full attention carefully. After discussion, the presentatives of all units agreed the amending plan, and the conference realized the expected working targets. The draft will be completed in August, 2010 and the draft for approval will be finished in the end of April of 2010.
The specification of design of bio-liquid fuel plant was approved as a new project by National housing and urban-rural construction department. It is also another national standard specification did by China Haisum.
The specification establishment will brought great significance to the plant design and engineering construction of bio-energy in China and to the influence of China Haisum in the new field of new energy and business expansion.
During the conference, Vice chairman of China light industry federation Xiao Neng also joined in it and made some suggestions. Vice chairman hoped greatly the establishment would be faster and completed on schedule and he would invite experts to examine the draft during the period of the final judgment.
