From September 22 to 23, the third session of council and project management conference of the construction project management and general contracting branch of China Exploration &Design Association was held in Beijing. Over 280 people including the leaders of the market supervision division of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MOHURD), China Exploration &Design Association and Exploration &Design Associations in other industries and persons in charge of engineering companies of all walks of life in China attended the conference. Xu Datong, the president of Haisum, attended the conference with his team.

The conference was conducted by Yuan Niu, the president of the construction project management and general contracting branch. Xiong Shibo, the vice director of the market supervision division of MOHURD, Wang Shuping, the vice president of China Exploration &Design Association, made a featured speech on the supervision and implementation of construction project market respectively. Besides, Tianchen Engineering Corporation, Fluor Engineering Corporation, China Huanqiu, North China Power, Shandong Electric Power, China United, Hualu Engineering Corporation and Sinopec Engineering Incorporation made featured introductions respectively on the development of international engineering companies, the management and control of engineering risks, project management and innovation, enterprise transformation, tax planning and management of general contracting and intelligent design and digital delivery.

During the conference, the seventh award ceremony of excellent construction project management and excellent general contracting project in national exploration &design industries was also held. Haisum won respectively one gold award of construction project management, one silver key award and two bronze key awards of general contracting. The project managers with wining projects came to accept the awards respectively.
