On June 12, Chairman Chen Esheng, General Manager Zhang Wanshun, Deputy CPC Secretary Ma Siyi and Deputy General Manager Ren Jianping of Sinolight Corporation and their party paid a survey and direction to the Shanghai Headquarters of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. The new leadership team led by Chairman Xu Datong of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. received the corporation leaders and their party, and presented a work report.

At the symposium, Xu Datong gave a detailed description of the general information, key customers, typical cases, the production operations as of late May this year, the reform development progress, the formulation of three-year plan, the project risk control, and the latest three years financial analysis, etc. of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and highlighted the new thought of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. for future strategic positioning after the corporation restructuring, and its new measures for creating the international business platform and investment & financing platform. On behalf of the leadership team, Xu Datong expressed his thanks to the Corporation for its support and assistance for the development of joint-stock company, promising to stay true to the mission, and keep in mind the mission; find and solve problems; support the cadres who dare to bear, and reward the cadres who dare to be responsible; make arduous efforts to follow out the important directions of Chairman Xu Niansha, i.e. to "make Haisum successful, make Sinolight grow, and make Poly stronger".

Chen Esheng attended the comprehensive symposium of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., where he re-stated the opinions he brought forward at the leadership team adjustment announcement meeting of Sinolight Corporation

Besides, the corporation leaders and their party surveyed and studied the construction site of Nike Logistics Center Expansion Project in China undertaken by China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and visited some production departments and Party member activity rooms of Party Branch at the Headquarters.

During the survey and study, Zhang Wanshun attended the cadres re-deployment conference of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. At the conference, he declared the decision of Sinolight Corporation on adjustment of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. leadership team: Bian Junyi was appointed as the Deputy CPC Secretary, Director and President of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., Li Yimin as the Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, and Lin Lin as the CFO and Board Secretary; Xu Datong no longer served as the President of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and Hu Xiaoping no longer served as the CFO and Board Secretary of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., both of them being naturally released from other positions they held.
