On November 7, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. held its working conference. Party Secretary and Chairman Xu Datong presided over the conference and delivered an important speech, and the leadership team of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. and chairman’s and general managers of subsidiaries were present.

First, the subsidiaries reported their operation performance of period from January to October, 2018. Heads of the subsidiaries reported on their charges, profits, new contracts, as well as the problems and difficulties encountered during business development, and outlined their production & operation for next year.

Next, Li Yimin, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. introduced and interpreted “the administrative measures for bidding for main business of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.”, and CFO and Board Secretary Lin Lin introduced and interpreted “the connection with the fund management system of Poly Group”. Secretary Li introduced and interpreted China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.'s new bidding & tendering coordination mechanism, and shared his experience gained in recent project bidding and tendering coordination, hoping that the leaders of each subsidiary should be aware of the global situation and work together to safeguard the overall interests of China Haisum Engineering; CFO Lin informed the participants of the communication of Sinolight Corporation with Poly Group in respect of financial management system, and introduced the fund management system and process of Poly Group.

At the end, Chairman Xu Datong delivered an important speech. Chairman Xu communicated the general production & operation performance of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. during period from January to October 2018, and gave instructions on the key work for the next stage: First, break down the new five-year strategic plan of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and realize the work content of the plan in a down-to-earth manner. Second, perform the party committee election of each company, and make sure the selection of cadres is in compliance with regulations so that the party committee can play its core role in operation and development of enterprise. Third, further enhance the building of corporate culture and the creation of enterprise spirit, and encourage various cultural and sports activities with rich contents to create “positive energy”. Fourth, focus on the promotion of young cadres, give top priority to the training and promotion of young cadres in the building of talent echelons in all companies, look to the future, and assure the sustainable development of enterprise.

At the conference, the participants exchanged and interfaced with each other on actions to further intensify the joint-stock company’s operation coordination mechanism and centralized fund management.
