On August 12-14, Xu Datong, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd, Li Yimin, the Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and the Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, and their delegation surveyed and interviewed Beijing Branch, Guangzhou Branch and Wuhan Branch of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. with the thematic education of "staying true and keeping in mind the missions".

Xu Datong and his delegation respectively gave audience to the production operation details, and the thematic education of "staying true and keeping in mind the missions" performance of the three subsidiaries. They also listened carefully to comments and suggestions of these subsidiaries on the development of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. Leaders of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. who participated in the survey intensively communicated with the leading groups of subsidiaries depending on their duties. After the meeting, Xu Datong talked to each group member individually.

Xu Datong affirmed the performance of leading group of the three subsidiaries, and expressed his requirements on the next stage of work:

First, it's essential to keep on solidly advancing the thematic education of "staying true and keeping in mind the missions", and combine the thematic education with the ongoing strategic planning, the reform and development tasks 2019, and the makeup for weak links of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. so as to "find the gap and focus on implementation" and solve problems.

Second, positive teamwork shall be performed for selection of leading group of the three subsidiaries to guarantee the cadres selected are "passionate, rich-minded, innovative, up-and-coming, and responsible" so that the new leading group exhibits new atmosphere and makes new breakthroughs, thereby living up to the expectations of employees.

Third, it's important to support and work with new leading group of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., especially for innovation and pioneering work such as the building of an international engineering company, the digital transformation, etc., thereby turning it into a new momentum for the development of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.

Fourth, it's necessary to build unified cultural brand of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and to normalize and enhance brand publicity based on the requirements for the Group's "year of publicity".

Fifth, it's essential to keep on improving the EPC project management quality, enhance the EPC project operation capacity, and strengthen risk management and control.

Moreover, Xu Datong stressed that the leaders at all levels must earnestly promote the building of the seven major platforms to maximize the interests of the Company.
