On September 3, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. convened its mid-year work conference 2019. The Conference was chaired by Xu Datong, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. and attended by leading group of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and the chairmen and general managers of Haisum's subsidiaries.

At the conference, all the subsidiaries reported their production operation details as of the end of August and the reflection on and implementation of their own strategies after the strategy publicity meeting of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and predicted the completion rates of their production tasks at the end of the year. The leading group of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. tabled proposals and comments on the "building of seven platforms" in which they were in charge, and brought forward clear requirements for the next steps of operations of all subsidiaries and their cooperation and collaboration.

Chairman Xu Datong and President Zhang Jianxin respectively gave an important speech and instructions regarding the key assignments of next stage. President Zhang Jianxin affirmed the fruitful efforts made by the Headquarters and local subsidiaries in various key assignments of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. this year. Meanwhile, Zhang Jianxin hoped that members of leading groups should be responsible for their work, fight hard and forge ahead under the lead of Xu Datong to work together for the growth of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. based on the "strategic development plan 2018-2022 of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd.".

Based on his nearly two months' working experience at the headquarters of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., President Zhang talked about his thoughts on work, believing it's important to intensify reform and seek innovative development: Find new economic growth points constantly by means of the change in traditional thinking mode, the structural adjustment, and the transformation & upgrading; stay true to the missions and enhance the whole: Keep in mind the initial intention to seek substantial development of the enterprise and create happy life for all employees, constantly intensify the concept of wholism and overall consciousness of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., and enable sincere cooperate in a harmonious environment; identify the train of thinking and push forward the strategy: Work in a meticulous, practical and good manner in the sequence "goal setting, goal breakdown, goal advancement, and goal check feedback"; strengthen publicity and extend influence: Intensively identify each company's advantageous industries and sectors and cutting-edge leading technologies, and improve the brand image and value of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. through various honors received in the long history.

At the end of the conference, Chairman Xu Datong gave a concluding speech and brought forward six requirements on the next stage of work: First, keep on pushing forward the rejuvenation of cadres and strengthen the "fresh troops"; second, constantly perfect and adjust the coordination to achieve greater results; third, intensify the brand promotion and expand the external influence of Haisum; fourth, gather strength to seek development and promote the implementation of strategic plan; fifth, enhance staff training and promote the improvement in overall quality of the team; sixth, go all out to reach the annual target and create company-specific highlights and features.

According to Chairman Xu, when it comes to the "five-year strategic development plan" of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., the new party and administrative leading groups will bring China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. new atmosphere, new breakthroughs and new future, and be of far reaching importance for the height, depth, and broadness of the strategic development of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. in the following five years.
