At the expiration of term of office of the fifth session of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd organized a general election of the new session of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors recently based on the Articles of Association and the instructions from Sinolight Corporation, major shareholder of the Company.

On August 15, the new session of boards of directors and supervisors of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd were elected at the second extraordinary general meeting 2019 of shareholders; the sixth session of the Board of Directors consists of 12 directors (including 4 independent directors), while the sixth session of Board of Supervisors is composed of 5 supervisors (including 2 staff representative supervisors).

On August 30, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd convened the second meeting of its sixth session of Board of Directors and the second meeting of its sixth session of Board of Supervisors, where the Chairman, the Vice Chairman and the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Company were elected; the members of specialized committee under the Board of Directors were elected, and the President, Vice President, CFO, and Secretary to Board of Directors etc. were appointed; the Company's Strategic Development Plan 2018-2022 was deliberated. At the meeting, Xu Datong, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd interpreted the Company's development plan in depth.

The directors and supervisors attending the meeting provided great support for the general election, and gave suggestions for the development of the Company, having set a high value on the Company's Strategic Development Plan 2018-2022; the general election of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors was crowned with complete success.
