From December 26 to 27, 2019, Qi Yongyi, vice president of Haisum, Sun Dehua, engineering director, and representatives of construction technical experts and business backbone visited and investigated Highly Smart Factory in Nanchang.

The general contracting project for capacity transfer and reconstruction of large-size compressors of Nanchang Highly Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanchang Highly) is undertaken by the Fourth Design/Engineering Department of Haisum. This is an influential and representative smart factory project in Haisum's general contracting business in recent years, featuring digitalization of products, intellectualization of assembly, automation of logistics and informatization of the whole process. The factory is in the leading position in the world and its construction process also shows distinctive features and highlights.

General manager Jin Yunfeng of Nanchang Highly accompanied the investigation and served as a commentator. Jin introduced the development history of Nanchang Highly and the grand blueprint of Highly's "Five -tions (digitalization, intellectualization, automation, informatization and networking) and Three Global". In the workshop, the robots on the production line and the intelligent transport vehicles demonstrated the style of intelligent factory and intelligent manufacturing. The civil engineering installation on the project site was also a bright spot: the application of section steel reduced the steel consumption; the rack of waste warehouse was transformed into a large canopy in the loading/unloading area to save cost; the corridor used the light refraction principle to directly collect the outdoor sunlight for illumination, which was energy-saving, environmentally-friendly and beautiful; the external facade used the color change of the coreboard material to naturally form the enterprise's LOGO, which was durable and beautiful. In the course of investigation, Head Wang of Engineering Department of Nanchang Highly and project leader Chen Qiu introduced the project construction and highlights, the basic concepts and characteristics of smart factory and intelligent manufacturing respectively, and shared the experience of project management. The atmosphere of the interactive section was warm. Nanchang Highly project is the common wisdom crystallization between the owner and Haisum team. Haisum has won the trust and reputation of the owner with its strength.

Vice president Qi Yongyi participated in the investigation in the whole process. He said that Highly project was very successful as a whole with many aspects worth learning from; intelligent manufacturing is the development trend in the future, which everyone shall fully pay attention to and understand it; the design of the general contracting project shall be closely combined with the construction. The construction drawings shall be reviewed by the constructors before drawing, and constructive opinions shall be absorbed to make the design more reasonable; in the future, more such activities can be held, and the departments need to strengthen exchange and sharing, learn from each other and make common progress.

The participants said that this activity has provided a good platform for exchanges, mutual learning, cooperation and sharing between the peers of various departments, which has brought great benefits to the future work.
