Haisum 2020 QHSE Management System Management Review Meeting was held on October 28 by Haisum's Vice President and Chief Technical Officer Jin Shan, with the participation of the heads of relevant departments and other personnel.

The departments respectively discussed and shared their objectives and performance of QHSE, management performance and corresponding corrective measures, personnel designation and challenges, management risks and suggestions, and the improvement suggestions on the Company's QHSE management system.

During this meeting, President Jin made a detailed comment on the report of every department and delivered a summary evaluation on the Company's QHSE management system operation in the past year. Overall, the Company's QHSE management system operates in a comprehensive, suitable and effective manner and complies with the Company's actual needs and the requirements on the Three Standard Systems (QMS, EMS and OHSAS). At the same time, he made the following requests. First is to enhance the risk control of routine work and project implementation in the face of the changes in both internal and external environments, such as COVID-19 and organizational structure adjustment; focus on the main businesses as to improve the risk management system; and reinforce legal intervention, the awareness of legal risk and the awareness of compliance. Second is to further improve management system work by promoting the continuous improvement of the management system, specifically, analyzing the issues raised in this management audit and making corrective measures. Third is to continue paying great attention on technological innovation and improve the professionalism and technology advancement of technological innovation and business construction project; persist on declaring for engineering project excellence creation & appraisal, build up the core technologies and brands of the Company's major businesses, and carry forward business support. Fourth is to have all departments re-lay out the key tasks by comparing them with letter of technological quality responsibility objective issued at the beginning of the year, so as to guarantee relevant work of the departments can be completed before review. Fifth is to be prepared for this year's external review and audit on QHSE management system, jointly accomplish this year's management system review and make sure that the Company becomes certified successfully.

As per the review made during this meeting, the Company prepared the 2020 QHSE Management System Management Review Report. The Company's departments shall perform the departmental QHSE management system work for the next year as required in this report.
