From March 2 to 3,the delegation led by Haisum President Chen Rongrong and Vice President Chen Zhiming visited Wuhan, Hubei and shared views with China Tobacco Hubei Industrial LLC, Huanghelou Science and Technology Park and China Tobacco Hubei Xinye Sheet Company. Meetings were held with China Tobacco Hubei Chief Engineer Chen Huibin, Director of Investment Management Department Wang Kang, Huanghelou Science and Technology Park Chairman Hu Fangyong, General Manager Yin Yexin, Deputy General Manager Lei Jun, Deputy General Manager, and China Tobacco Hubei Xinye Sheet Company General Manager Xiong Bin, Deputy General Manager Xiong Hao, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee Li Jing and other leaders. Haisum Wuhan Company Chairman Zhou Bo, Deputy General Manager Hu Zhengyang, and Deputy General Manager of the Third Design/Engineering Department Zhang Zhi participated in the exchange.

On March 2, the delegation led by President Chen Rongrong visited the general contracting project office of the first phase of the Huanghelou Cigarette Packaging and Printing Industrial Park, and listened to the work report of the project management team on the spot. In the afternoon, the delegation had a discussion with the leaders of the Huanghelou Science and Technology Park. At the meeting, the leaders of the Huanghelou Science and Technology Park raised expectations for the advancement of the project that achieving the project goals through mutual consultation and strengthened communication. Chen expressed that Haisum attached great importance to the project and had set up competent leadership to strengthen management and control, and deployed elite teams to support the project team. In the future, the company would continue to provide support to the project team and further utilize the overall resource advantages of Haisum to strengthen cooperation with the construction units and management of consortium member units.

On March 3, the delegation visited China Tobacco Hubei Industrial LLC and were warmly received by the leaders such as Chief Engineer Chen HuiBin and Head of Investment Management Department Wang Kang. During the exchange meeting, the leaders of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial LLC affirmed the general contracting project of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial LLC undertaken by Haisum and expressed gratitude to Haisum for its generous support. Chen said that Haisum appreciated the trust of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial LLC and would give full play to its professional advantages as always to do its best to serve the construction of various projects of the company, and support the company to achieve high-quality development.

After the exchange meeting, the delegation went to the Xinye sheet project for a survey accompanied by the Xinye Company Party secretary and General Manager Xiong Bin, Deputy General Manager Xiong Hao, and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee Li Jing. They visited the product exhibition hall of Xinye and learned the types, characteristics, technologies of industrial tobacco sheet products. The leaders of Xinye stated that the general contracting model implemented by Xinye's on-site technological transformation project for the first time had been affirmed by superior leadership, and the brother units in the tobacco industry had also visited the project site many times. Chen expressed his gratitude to Xinye Company and its leadership for the support in the progress of the on-site technological transformation project and that Haisum would continue to fully support the project team for the smooth site construction, concentrate on and advance the construction of a model project without any letup.

During the survey, the delegation also toured the production workshop and test lines of Xinye, inspected the project site, and listened to the work report made by the project team.
