On June 23, the mobilization meeting on digital transformation planning of Haisum was held in Shanghai headquarters. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of the company, attended the meeting and made a mobilization speech. Xu Datong, the company’s Vice Chairman, Li Yimin, the CPC Committee Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee, Lin Lin, the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Chen Zhiming and Du Daoyou, the Vice Presidents and other leaders attended the meeting. Heads of all departments of the company’s headquarters and the leaders of Shanghai head office attended the meeting at the main venue, and the leaders of all subsidiaries and heads of digital promotion work attended the meeting at each branch venue through video.

At the meeting, Chen Ronrong led everyone to learn the spirit of the important speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 20th Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the 15th Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the 10th National Congress of China Association for Science and Technology. Subsequently, he delivered a mobilization speech on digital transformation with the title of Digital Intelligence Empowerment. He pointed out that we should aim at business ecology, project integration, intelligent decision-making, collaborative production, management platformization and network structure, so as to meet the digital and intelligent needs of customers and owners. By 2025, the company would become a scientific and technological engineering enterprise with perfect information security and data governance system, and provide customers with more efficient intelligent engineering services through digital construction, operation and maintenance capacity.

For the next stage of work, Chen Rongrong pointed out that the enterprise’s digital and intelligent ability was the development benefit, and it was necessary to strengthen the assessment indicators from the aspects of business ability, organizational setting and supporting systems, so as to “set indicators, strengthen implementation and make the target come true”. He stressed that the digital transformation was like a sports competition of “strengthening the body” and the horn had been sounded. The whole company should unify its thinking, attach great importance to the transformation, unite and cooperate, have the courage to innovate, and solidly promote the digital transformation work of Haisum.

At the meeting, the heads of Shanghai head office and subsidiaries conducted special reports and exchanges on their own development status, specific implementation plans, implementation of work indicators and demands and suggestions. Everyone said that they should build a strong digital platform and support the digital development strategy according to the specific requirements of digital transformation to build Haisum into a first-class digital-led technology enterprise.
