On December 16, China Haisum and Guangdong Guanhao High-Tech signed a strategic cooperative agreement in Shanghai to further expand and deepen cooperation in the fields of high-tech research and development, digital factory construction, comprehensive utilization of environmental protection resources and the realization of the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" in paper-making industry. The Party Secretary and Chairman of Guanhao High-Tech Xie Xianlong, Deputy General Manager Liu Lixin, Assistant General Manager Tang Liming, and Haisum CPC Committee Secretary and Chairman Zhao Guoang, CPC Committee Deputy Secretary and President Chen Rongrong, Vice President Chen Zhiming attended the signing ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by President Chen Rongrong.

Zhao Guoang firstly extended his sincere welcome to the arrival of Chairman Xie Xianlong and his entourage and thanked Guanhao High-Tech for its long-term trust and support. In his speech, he pointed out that Guanhao High-Tech is the first carbonless copy paper production company in China to produce thermal fax paper on a large scale and with the most advanced technology. Haisum hopes to rely on the advantages of technology, service and business format of various subsidiaries across the country to centrally integrate competent resource teams. Meanwhile, under the guidance of the "3060 Goals", Haisum hopes to strengthen in-depth cooperation with Guanhao High-Tech in a series of relocation and expansion projects, joint innovation of new energy technologies, digital factory construction and other fields so as to pragmatically promote the implementation of projects as well as innovative R&D cooperation model, becoming an all-round strategic partner for the promotion of the digital transformation of the industry and empowering the benchmark for industry cooperation.  

Xie expressed in his speech that Haisum, as the first listed company in the professional engineering design service industry in China, relying on the rich practical experiences and cumulative professional technical capital for more than 60 years, has provided a number of enterprises under the China Paper with hundreds of engineering services, having established a good foundation of mutual trust. It is hoped that through the strategic agreement signing, we can achieve the purpose of combining powerful forces, work together to empower the development of the industry, give full play to our respective resources and technological advantages, and take capital operation and business synergy as the starting point to continuously expand the scope of cooperation, enhance market competitiveness, and work together to build a closer and new strategic partnership.

The signing of the agreement is of great significance for Haisum to consolidate and develop traditional advantageous industries. It is a fruitful practical achievement made by the company in fully implementing the "14th Five-Year Development Strategic Plan" and actively practicing the concept of "big market, key customer and major project".
