       On June 15, Chen Rongrong held a discussion with the leading group of Haisum Nanning and listened to the work report. Peng Xiaoping, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Haisum Nanning, reported the actual situation, digital transformation, risk control and other matters of the Company after the organizational reform, Ruan Yang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Haisum Nanning, reported the company's operation and production in the first half of 2022, and Li Meng and Teng Jianju, Deputy General Manager of Haisum Nanning, reported the progress of two cocoa processing projects in Côte d'Ivoire.

Chen Rongrong put forward five requirements for the following work:

II. Leaders shall use financial thinking to manage business, draw from others' mistakes, pursue excellence in both industry and wealth, develop data-oriented business, build data-oriented platforms, and demonstrate and make decisions based on data. V. Keep in mind the mission of organizational reform and bring in brainstorms to think about survival after reform. We should focus on the future development of existing business, such as the candy paper industry, environmental protection, medical treatment and civil construction.
