From August 18 to 20, a delegation led by Zhao Guo'ang, chief economist of Poly Sinolight and secretary of the CPC Committee and chairman of China Haisum, and Chen Rongrong, president of China Haisum, went to Luzhou, Sichuan, visited the main leaders of Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., Sichuan Jintian Paper Co., Ltd. and other key enterprises in Luzhou, and held working talks with Li Zhiyu, member of the Standing Committee of Luzhou Municipal Committee and vice mayor of the Municipal Government, to discuss the construction of world-class high-quality liquor industry cluster and the cultivation of digital economy, green building materials, pulp and paper making and other cooperation matters. On August 19, upon the reception of Yang Ping, chairman of the board of supervisors of Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., Zhao Guo'ang and his delegation investigated Luzhou Laojiao, the core enterprise of Luzhou, and visited the national treasure pit and museum of Luzhou Laojiao.

At the meeting, Yang Ping introduced Luzhou Laojiao's technical advantages, development planning, industrial layout, etc. He pointed out that Poly Sinolight and Luzhou Laojiao had broad cooperation prospects, and hoped that both sides could focus on industrial development and smart project construction, give full play to both sides' advantages, further expand cooperation fields in brewing, intelligent operation and maintenance, and deepen the exchanges and cooperation. At the exchange meeting, both sides said that they should play the role of complementary advantages, strengthen business coordination and cooperation around the digital economy, green construction, pulp and paper making, so as to achieve mutual learning, mutual benefit and win-win results.

On August 20, accompanied by Luzhou Municipal Bureau of Economic Cooperation and Foreign Affairs, Luzhou Development and Reform Commission, and Luzhou Cultural Tourism Development Investment Group, Zhao Guo'ang and his delegation successively visited the Rubia Industrial Site Project, Luzhou Laojiao Bachelor Mountain Area Wine and Tourism Integration Project and Luzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall.

During his investigation in Luzhou, Zhao Guo'ang also visited Zhao Yang, who served as a temporary member of Luzhou Development and Reform Commission, and encouraged Zhao Yang to continuously carry forward the spirit of Sinolight, give play to his business expertise, and devote himself to the development and construction of Luzhou, thus promoting in-depth cooperation between central enterprises and local governments and local state-owned enterprises.
