On October 14, at the invitation of Zhang Zhong, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Changxing Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., Zhao Guo'ang, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, led a team to visit Shanghai Changxing Marine Equipment Industry Base. Before the symposium, accompanied by Zhang Zhong, a delegation led by Zhao Guo'ang made a field visit to the industrial base to understand the overall layout and industrial planning of the base.

At the symposium, Chairman Zhang Zhong gave a detailed introduction to the overall situation of the Base, and said that Shanghai Changxing Enterprise Group has a huge space for cooperation with China Haisum in many business areas, and looks forward to further strengthening exchanges and deepening cooperation. Chairman Zhao Guo'ang made a detailed introduction to the history and industrial layout of China Haisum, and fully affirmed the future cooperation prospects and advantages of both sides.
