China Haisum's headquarters in Shanghai recently won the bid for the Vietnam Zhenglong Phase II 10,000m³/d wastewater treatment EPC project. This is the first environmental EPC project the company has, in its expansion into the overseas market, signed since the beginning of the year, and is also the second successful bid for wastewater treatment expansion in Vietnam, following the completion of the Zhenglong Phase I 20,000 m³/d wastewater treatment EPC project, which was also handled by the Shanghai headquarters.

Located in District 4 of the Tengfei Baocui Singapore Industrial Zone, Anxi Community, Binji City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, this project involves the wastewater treatment facility for Zhenglong's 400,000-ton-per-year packaging paper project. Once completed, the facility will be able to treat 10,000 tons per day, serving the new packaging paper production line, PM3, which was also designed by the Shanghai headquarters. China Haisum will provide turnkey EPC services, including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and operation.

The project will employ China Haisum's proprietary process package, which includes pre-treatment, anaerobic treatment, aerobic treatment, and advanced treatment. In terms of equipment selection, emphasis is placed on green and low-carbon solutions. The most energy-efficient and effective air turbo blower with bearings, currently leading the industry, will be used, significantly reducing energy consumption.

The project team has employed 3D design for pipeline and steel structure galleries, utilizing three-dimensional models to accurately calculate pipelines and installation materials, thus avoiding pipeline clashes during the design phase and improving work efficiency.

The Zhenglong wastewater treatment plant (Phase I) features advanced design and stable operation. It has received multiple visits and praises from the Vietnamese government and overseas clients, becoming a model project recognized by the local government!
