On the morning of March 22, Li Xiaohong, Executive Vice President of the Overseas Engineering Business Division of China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Corporation Limited (CNEC) and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of HJ Construction Co., Ltd., visited China Haisum with a delegation, holding a meeting with Zhao Guoang, Executive Vice President of Poly Sinolight, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, and others.

During the meeting, both sides offered an overview of their recent business development and the global business layout under the Belt and Road Initiative. They also engaged in in-depth discussions on leveraging their respective strengths, strengthening international business cooperation, and exploring collaboration in the green, low-carbon, and digital areas.

Li Xiaohong expressed that there is a high degree of compatibility between CNEC and China Haisum in the business layout under the Belt and Road Initiative, and both sides have broad prospects for future cooperation. Li hoped to establish a closer partnership to jointly promote green "dual-carbon" and smart engineering as beacons of China.

Zhao Guoang stated that China Haisum possesses a professional team for overseas engineering services and has accumulated rich experience and technological expertise in energy-saving and environmental protection projects, such as overseas photovoltaics, waste-to-energy, cogeneration, power plants, and sewage treatment. In recent years, China Haisum has undergone organizational reforms and accelerated digital transformation and overseas business layout, with certain results achieved. China Haisum and CNEC, two state-owned enterprises, share a common heritage. It is hoped that through deeper cooperation, the two sides can work together to promote Chinese technology and standards to "go global" steadily and far.

During the visit, Li Xiaohong and the delegation visited the China Haisum Brand Exhibition Hall. Leaders from China Haisum's Business Development Center, Shanghai headquarters, CNEC, HJ Construction, and other relevant departments participated in the meeting.
