Recently, China Haisum held the 15th meeting of the Engineering Project Safety Production Committee at the construction site of the Qingshan Paper EPC project in Fujian. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, Vice Presidents Chen Zhiming and Du Daoyou, department heads from the headquarters, key executives from various operating units, leaders in charge of safety production, and relevant personnel from the Safety Production Department, totaling 45 participants, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Chen Zhiming.

During the meeting, a safety accident warning video was shown, and the spirit of documents issued by Poly Group, Poly Sinolight, and China Haisum, together with the safety management system, was conveyed and studied.

The project manager of the Qingshan Paper EPC project in Fujian presented an overview of the project and shared thoughts on lean management and safety management. Representatives from various operating units shared their experience in project safety management and exchanged ideas on the safety management work in the first quarter, summarizing the experience and shortcomings in safety management.

Chen Zhiming and Du Daoyou, based on their respective responsibilities, provided specific instructions on strengthening safety management and risk prevention an control for each unit.

Chen Rongrong made several requirements regarding safety management. He emphasized the need to conduct training on safety management, strengthen education for on-site management personnel, and eliminate all forms of formalism. He also stressed the importance of standardizing safety production, establishing an information system, regulating safety management processes, and unifying safety management standards.

During the visit, Chen Rongrong and his delegation toured the site of the Qingshan Paper EPC project and engaged in in-depth exchanges with project management personnel.
