On November 17, Chen Rongrong, Deputy Party Secretary and President of China Haisum, led a team to visit Huanghelou Science and Technology Park (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huanghelou Science and Technology Park) to hold discussions with Qian Yongjun, Party Secretary and Chairman of Huanghelou Science and Technology Park, and Zhu Hua, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, on advancing the construction of the Huanghelou Cigarette Packaging and Printing Auxiliary Material Industrial Park and deepening cooperation.

During the meeting, the head of the Brand and Marketing Center introduced the breakthroughs and progress made by China Haisum in recent years, and provided a detailed introduction to engineering general contracting innovative model and achievements under the consortium model.

Qian Yongjun welcomed Chen Rongrong and his delegation. He stated that China Haisum, as a "pacesetter" in the engineering services industry, has made early and outstanding achievements in digital transformation. He hoped that both parties can further strengthen communication, accurately match demand, build a platform for learning and mutual improvement, and make new contributions to the construction and digital transformation of Huanghelou Science and Technology Park, so as to further advance the cooperation between the two parties.
