On November 27, China Haisum signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement and Quality Improvement and Upgrading Comprehensive Technical Renovation Project - 450,000t Cultural Paper Production Line Installation Engineering Installation Contract with Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yueyang Forest & Paper). Both sides focused on the ongoing projects, and treated digital factory and intelligent manufacturing as a new starting point to jointly build a "green, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and technologically intelligent" high-end green pulp paper industry base.

Li Shijun, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Light Industry Construction (China Haisum), and Yan Chengmin, Commander of Yueyang Forest & Paper's Quality Improvement and Upgrading Comprehensive Technical Renovation Project, signed the 450,000t Cultural Paper Production Line Installation Engineering Installation Contract. Both parties will collaborate to implement the national "dual carbon" strategy, and create innovative digital factories and promote the intelligent transformation of the industry.
