From January 16 to 17, Liu Minglin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, President, and Vice Chairman of Yunnan Investment Group (YIG), paid a visit to Guangxi to inspect pulp and paper enterprises. Wang Dong and Luo Kaizheng, Vice Presidents of YIG, visited China CNDC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CDNC), a subsidiary of China Haisum, and had a cordial meeting with Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, as well as Chen Zhiming, Vice President of China Haisum.

Chen Rongrong stated that pulp and paper industry has always been a competitive industry of China Haisum. Over the years, the company has provided high-quality engineering design and EPC general contracting services to YIG and its subsidiaries. YIG is an important partner of China Haisum and it is a mutual desire to strengthen communication and cooperation between the two in wider areas such as forestry-pulp-paper integration, smart factories, green and low-carbon development, to jointly empower the high-quality development of the pulp and paper industry.

Wang Dong expressed gratitude for the long-standing concern and support from China Haisum, and introduced YIG's industrial layout, recent operation status, and future plans. He expressed his expectation for both parties to have further communication and exchange at the group level and in specific projects, actively explore cooperation models for digital and low-carbon projects, and jointly explore new directions for industry development, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

During the visit, Chen Zhiming and the delegation led by Liu Minglin inspected the pulp and paper project designed by China Haisum. Leaders from relevant departments of YIG, as well as key leaders from Yunjing Forestry and Pulp Mill and Kunming Feilin Group; main leaders of China Haisum CEC and Nanning Company, as well as relevant department heads from the headquarters, participated in the exchange activities.
