In order to implement the "Digital China" strategic thinking, and to promote the key core technology breakthroughs in engineering services and independent BIM software development, on the afternoon of December 14th, Ma Encheng, Deputy Chief Engineer of China Academy of Building Research and Chairman of Beijing Glory PKPM Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Glory PKPM), led a team to visit China Haisum for technical exchange.

Zhao Guoang, Vice General Manager of Poly Sinolight, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, along with Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, and Zhou Yuan, Vice President and Technical Director, warmly welcomed the visiting delegation.

During the meeting, Yu Ying, Deputy General Manager of the EIM Digital Innovation Center, introduced the company's digital software application and the operational effectiveness of the independently developed "Haisum Cloud · Factory". Li Shuyang, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Glory PKPM, exchanged views on the core technology of "Haisum Cloud · Factory" and the application scenarios and usage of 3D design software for factory projects.

The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the current problems and future development plans of 3D design software for factory projects, focusing on the main issues, bottlenecks, pain points, and difficulties encountered in the application process of the software and related ecological products, as well as the development and practical application of similar domestic software products.

Ma Encheng expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from China Haisum, and appreciated the company's work and achievements in the field of informatization and digital construction. He introduced Beijing Glory PKPM's coverage areas, work initiatives, and the development history of PKPM software. He stated that China Haisum has advantages in engineering digital design, technical processes, and digital experience, while Beijing Glory PKPM has been committed to the development of software and informatization in the Chinese construction industry. Both sides have obvious advantages in their respective fields, and he hopes to maintain regular communication and exchanges with China Haisum, learn from each other, carry out practical cooperation, and achieve common development.

Chen Rongrong stated that China Haisum has been highly valuing informatization development and digital transformation work over its 70 years of development, and has taken effective measures at various levels, achieving good results. As one of the earliest units in China's construction industry to develop and apply computer technology, Beijing Glory PKPM's business covers design, production, construction, and operation stages. China Haisum has independently developed the "Haisum Cloud · Factory" digital design platform. The two sides are highly compatible in their plans for digital and informatization development, and they look forward to more communication between the two parties, focusing on new designs, constructions, and operations, to jointly form a new ecosystem of digital construction platforms, improve design quality, and assist in the digital transformation of the light industry.

After the meeting, the visiting leaders visited the company's brand exhibition hall and the EIM Digital Innovation Center.
