On the afternoon of April 19, China Haisum held the 17th Meeting of the Engineering Safety Production Working Committee and the Safety Production Meeting for 2024 Q1. A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the safety production work in Q1, subsequent key safety work was deployed, and advanced experience in safety management was shared and exchanged. Zhao Guoang, Vice General Manager of Poly Sinolight, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, and Director of the Safety Committee, Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, and Director of the Safety Committee, and other members of the leadership team, as well as heads of various departments at the headquarters, main leaders of various business units, leaders in charge of safety management work, heads of safety production departments and relevant personnel, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the participants collectively watched a warning video on typical safety accident cases. The Safety Production Supervision Department of the headquarters conveyed the spirits of the safety production work meetings of Poly Group and Poly Sinolight, disseminated the China Haisum's Annual Safety Production Implementation Plan in 2024 and the China Haisum's Three-Year Action Plan to Strengthen Safety Production, and provided reminders of recent safety risks to ensure the stability of safety production work.

Vice President Luo Jun gave a safety production work report titled Implementing the Main Responsibility and Ensuring Safety and Stability. He reviewed the safety production work of the company in Q1, and deployed key tasks for the next phase. He emphasized the need to strengthen the revision of the institutional system, promote the construction of safety digital platforms, maintain the good situation of safety management in Q1, consolidate the foundation of safety, and ensure the safety production work throughout the year.

Zhao Guoang delivered a summary speech entitled Establishing Systems, Strictly Implementing, and Focusing on Implementation. He pointed out that the overall safety situation of the company in Q1 was stable, and the subsequent safety production work should not be relaxed. He emphasized the importance of sense of responsibility and the need to implement and strengthen various safety precautions to firmly prevent major accidents. For the next stage of safety production work, Zhao proposed three requirements:

Attaching importance to safety management from a ideological perspective. Drawing lessons from accidents and recognizing the importance of safety management. All units should establish a sense of safety red line, tackle management loopholes with practical measures, and implement various safety protection measures. Safety management should be placed at the top, and safety measures should be implemented. The responsibility for safety production should be enhanced, and efforts should be made to carry out major safety hazard investigations and eliminate potential hazards at the root.

Implementing safety work from an organizational perspective. All units should solidly promote the safety production three-year action and the "Three-Focus" work, improve organizational structure, promote the implementation of systems, improve the quality of hidden danger rectification, make every effort to prevent various major safety accidents, and overcome the fluke mind, in order to do a good job in safety management.

Consciously implementing safety management through action. All units must enhance their ability to control safety, make safety production a conscious action, form a working pattern of respective responsibilities and joint management, and make safety management a norm. In addition, they should be good at "taking responsibility", dare to "review past issues", excel in "laying the foundation", be willing to "put in hard work", be diligent in "improving capabilities", and have the ambition for "digitization".

Finally, Zhao Guoang emphasized that the May Day holiday is approaching, and all units must ensure the duty and watchkeeping during the holiday, and ensure safe construction of engineering projects during the holiday period.
