In the afternoon of May 29, a delegation of external directors from Poly Group, including Gao Lieyang, Wu Mengfei, Geng Ruguang, Guo Jianxin, and Pan Zhengyi, as well as Liu Juncai, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Poly Group, and Luo Depi, Employee Director and chairman of the labor union, paid a visit to China Haisum for research and investigation. They had discussions and exchanged ideas with the leadership team including Zhao Guoang, Vice General Manager of Poly Sinolight, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum.

During the meeting, Zhao Guoang, on behalf of China Haisum, extended a warm welcome and expressed gratitude to the delegation for their visit and guidance. He and Chen Rongrong respectively reported on the reform and development situation of China Haisum in recent years, the progress of the "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic planning, the implementation of deepening and enhancing reform actions, as well as the progress of digital transformation and upgrade projects and the "dual-carbon" innovation center project financed by targeted additional issuance funds.

The external directors from Poly Group expressed full recognition for the contributions made by China Haisum to the development of China's light industry, commended China Haisum for its efforts in deepening reform, as well as the specific measures taken in recent years, acknowledged its ability to maintain stable operations under the pressure of an economic downturn, and praised the achievements it has made. They emphasized that China Haisum shall firmly grasp the work objective of strengthening, optimizing, and expanding state-owned capital and state-owned enterprises, actively serve national major strategies, enhance the core competitiveness and functions of the company, implement the requirements of deepening and enhancing reform actions for state-owned enterprises, and play its role as a national-level central enterprise to contribute to the high-quality development of Poly Group.

Zhao Guoang stated that the company will implement the valuable opinions and suggestions put forward by the directors and firmly adhere to the strategic development requirements of the group company, and with market, science and technology innovation, overseas operations, and talent team construction as breakthrough points, effectively enhance core capabilities and competitiveness to ensure the comprehensive realization of the goals set in the "14th Five-Year Plan".

In the concluding speech, Liu Juncai expressed that the leadership of Poly Group places great importance on and pays close attention to the development of China Haisum. Through the research and exchange activities in this visiting period, the directors not only deepened their understanding of China Haisum's business, but also provided valuable opinions to China Haisum on achieving further market expansion, deeper technological innovation, and higher core competitiveness. Before the meeting, the research team visited the brand exhibition hall, where they had a detailed understanding of China Haisum's development history, business domains, organizational structure, and its intelligent engineering projects based on and serving the light industry.
