On July 15, Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Haisum”), and his delegation went to the construction site of the 450,000-ton cultural paper project of Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yueyang Forest & Paper”). They had in-depth exchanges with Liu Lixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Yueyang Forest & Paper, on project construction requirements, business collaboration, and other related matters, for the purpose of facilitating the two parties to achieve higher quality development while pursuing mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

At the meeting, the two parties stated that China Haisum and China Paper Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Paper”) have successfully signed multiple important EPC general contracting projects, established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, made iconic achievements, and effectively promoted the green transformation of the industry. China Haisum Changsha Company will continuously expand its cooperation forms with Yueyang Forest & Paper under China Paper, enrich the content of cooperation, fully leverage their respective resource advantages, professional advantages, and platform advantages, and achieve significant economic benefits in the construction and operation of high-quality projects. This will effectively promote the optimal allocation of production capacity and resources, and lay a solid foundation for the enterprises to accelerate green transformation and upgrading and develop new quality productive forces.

The two parties conducted extensive exchanges during their communication, made coordinated efforts to solve the difficulties in project construction, and reached a consensus on the next work priorities.

The first is to jointly pursue a collaborative vision. The two parties will focus on creating a better and stronger the main business of pulping and paper making, and on the basis of their good cooperation, further integrate resources, tap potential, promote coordinated development, and truly enable the production system of Yueyang Forest & Paper to improve quality, achieve upgrading and shore up weak links, and complete related supporting upgrade projects.

The second is to closely monitor key nodes. The two parties will focus on meeting the standards, reaching production capacity and achieving efficiency as soon as possible, leave some leeway, make early moves, strengthen the coordination and services in the whole project construction process, do a good job in personnel handover, task transfer and the like, and ensure a close connection between delivery and commissioning.

The third is to strengthen on-site management. The two parties will, based on the actual work progress, strengthen collaboration and interconnectivity, adjust construction in a timely manner, continuously improve the team's professional competencies and level, identify and solve various problems as early as possible, and accelerate the progress of work.

The fourth is to resolutely ensure workplace safety. The two parties will focus on the requirement of zero accidents, strictly enforce the primary responsibility for workplace safety, effectively manage project construction, strictly implement the "five major controls", and make every effort to create the "six good projects", to ensure high-quality completion of project construction in the right amount and at the right time.
