On September 20, 2024, China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Haisum”) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with CSSC Fengfan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CSSC Fengfan”) in Baoding City, Hebei Province. The leaders present at the meeting included Li Yong, Chairman of China Shipbuilding Industry Group Power Co., Ltd. (CSICP), and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CSSC Fengfan; Wang Huaiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CSSC Fengfan; Li Xiaoqun, Deputy General Manager of CSSC Fengfan; Zhao Guoang, Deputy General Manager of Poly Sinolight, and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum; Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum; and Zhang Zhi, Vice President of China Haisum.

Under the witness of the attendees, on behalf of their respective parties, Chen Rongrong and Wang Huaiyu signed the agreement. According to the agreement, the two parties will leverage their respective advantages, focus on the lithium battery and new energy & new materials industry, strategic emerging industries and future industries, and carry out a series of cooperation in lithium battery recycling, intelligent workshop and factory renovation and upgrading, and research on paper-based materials for batteries.

Zhao Guoang congratulated on this agreement-signing. He said that China Haisum has advanced whole industry chain engineering service capabilities in the fields of lithium batteries, new energy and new materials, and it has accumulated experiences from managing hundreds of engineering design and general contracting projects, and continuously made the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries more digitized, smarter, and more eco-friendly. In the future, China Haisum will leverage its advantages in technology, services, business forms, and integration of resources, providing CSSC Fengfan with higher-quality, whole-process, and comprehensive engineering services.

Li Yong is full of confidence in the comprehensive deepening of cooperation between the two parties. He said that in recent years, CSSC Fengfan has accelerated its strategic layout in the field of new energy lithium batteries, and actively explored cutting-edge areas such as new energy storage technologies and intelligent battery management systems. The signing of the agreement between CSSC Fengfan and China Haisum will surely inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the two parties, respectively, and at the same time provide practical support for the transformation, upgrading and modernization of the industry.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhi and Li Xiaoqun respectively introduced the development situation and business capabilities of their respective companies, and looked forward to future cooperation. The attendees at the signing ceremony included Zhang Jie, Manager of the Planning and Development Department of CSSC Fengfan; Ma Youqiao, General Manager of the Engineering Technology Center of CSSC Fengfan; Hao Guoxing, Executive Director of Fengfan Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd.; the heads of relevant departments of China Haisum Headquarters; and relevant leaders of China Haisum Changsha Company.
