They have carried out the research and development of key technologies for green recycling of LFP batteries, and built a "1+2+3" lithium iron phosphate recycling technology application system consisting of one advanced process, two monitoring systems, and three supporting systems, realizing innovative integration of research and production, and providing systematic and complete solutions for lithium battery recycling.

During technology development and application, guided by the P8 lean management philosophy ("Eight-Dimension Lean"), the team meticulously optimize all project processes, and make continuous improvement in various technologies in the three critical stages - leaching, impurity removal and lithium precipitation, to minimize lithium loss at every phase and achieve deep integration of technological innovation and lean management.

Additionally, the team reprocesses waste residue after lithium extracting through high-acid leaching to produce battery-grade iron phosphate products, maximizing resource value while enhancing environmental and economic benefits. These achievements have been successfully applied in a spent LFP battery recycling project undertaken by China Haisum CEC, setting a benchmark for the industry.

In recent years, China Haisum CEC has established deep collaborations with several industry-leading battery recycling companies, injecting strong impetus into battery recycling projects with advanced processes and technology innovation, effectively supporting China's "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy and driving green sustainable development. In 2024, the company secured new engineering service contracts worth RMB 48.76 million, and is expected to get engineering service contracts worth over RMB 500 million in the next five years.
