On December 26, a summary and commendation conference was held for the Yueyang Forest & Paper's Quality Improvement and Upgrading Comprehensive Technological Transformation Project (Phase I) with 450,000t/a Cultural Paper, undertaken by China Haisum. Leaders including Ye Meng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yueyang Forest & Paper, Liu Lixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, and Yan Chengmin, Commander of the Project Department, attended the conference. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, along with Vice Presidents Zhang Zhi and Li Shijun, and leaders from China Haisum's subsidiaries CEC and China Light Industry Construction, were invited to attend the conference and jointly witness the full completion and commissioning of the largest, highest-capacity, and world-class paper machine project in the history of Yueyang Forest & Paper.

The conference presented the "Outstanding Cooperation Unit Award" to seven project contractors, including China Haisum, reflecting the profound friendship of win-win cooperation between the two parties. Chen Rongrong, as a representative of the awarded unit, delivered a speech.

In the speech, Chen Rongrong stated that China Haisum has a long-standing and profound cooperative relationship with Yueyang Forest & Paper. Over the years, many of its subsidiaries have provided over a hundred professional engineering services to Yueyang Forest & Paper and numerous other enterprises under China Paper. In this project, China Haisum CEC and China Light Industry Construction, under the centralized management of the headquarters, fully leveraged their respective professional advantages and successfully completed design and construction work in several areas, including chemical pulp, power plants, general layout design, paper machine installation, and wastewater treatment. This has contributed to the successful implementation of Yueyang Forest & Paper's comprehensive technological transformation project for quality improvement and upgrading, marking a new stage of deeper and broader win-win cooperation between Yueyang Forest & Paper and China Haisum.

The Yueyang Forest & Paper's Quality Improvement and Upgrading Comprehensive Technological Transformation Project (Phase I) with 450,000t/a Cultural Paper features a paper width of 10,515 mm and a machine speed of 1,700 m/min. The main products include high-end specialty cultural paper, copy paper, and offset printing paper. Its production capacity, machine speed, and control technology are all at the industry's leading level.
